Vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT) is a rare immune reaction in response to the administration of an adenviral vector vaccination. During the height of the pandemic, misinformation regarding VITT was a prominent issue. This video aims to provide background knowledge on VITT while debunking some myths regarding the condition's causal relationship with COVID-19 vaccines, occurrence, and treatment.
