I don't have welding skills or equipment so it's built out of plywood and aluminum scraps and a salvaged twenty inch bike wheel. It tows very well and is stable unless the load gets too top heavy. I've used It several times a week for grocery errands, trips to the big-box stores and an occasional camping trip It's my modest effort to become a little less car-dependant and a little more fit,
