How to check your AC freon level/pressures. In this video I explain the gauge set, how to put on your gauges, how to read the refrigerant pressures, and how to take off the gauges. Also, keep in mind that this video's main purpose is to explain how to read the gauges and not to diagnose any refrigerant problems. Many places require the person buying and handling refrigerant to have an EPA license. If you do not have any HVAC background or experience, I would recommend not dealing with refrigerant as that could end up causing more harm then good and potentially get you hurt as well. Another thing to note is that releasing refrigerant to the atmosphere is illegal and can be a heavy fine.
