Chair Yoga - Beginner Class #2 - Seated. Work on the foundation of your chair yoga practice. In today’s class, we’ll explore wide-armed cow pose. You’ll only need a chair for today’s class. • Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together with me warming up to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body. • This 44 minute yoga class works on the fundamentals of our Chair Yoga practice. We’ll start at the beginning, building our practice from the ground up. Focusing on form and technique, we’ll spend time on gentle poses as we continue to grow our practice.
