That question is always tough to answer because the Samick Sage it probably one of the best entry level traditional recurve takedown bows on the market today. Well in my search for a bow that could give the Sage a run for it's money I stumbled upon the Martin Locust recurve takedown bow. Now the Locust has been discontinued for about a year.
