Filmed with Samsung Galaxy S9 on February 15, 2020 • These are the elevators at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus Dublin. These are my first proper Fujitecs, and they're nothing short of amazing. These are very well built elevators that will probably last a very long time. They have incredibly accurate leveling, and go 350 feet per minute according to state records. The build quality of these elevators is second to none, and I find it especially impressive since these were installed in the 2000s, when the general quality of elevators seemed to get worse. These feel more like 80s lifts than 2000s lifts. They are glass with views of the atrium, as is usual for a pre-2010s Embassy Suites. • These have mechanical bells and electronic floor passing chimes, which is an interesting combination. I also like the triple-press call cancel feature. Similar to Mitsubishi's double-press cancel function, these clear all calls from the floor panel when a button is pressed three times quickly. • These elevators are extremely overfilmed, I think I'm the tenth person to film these. But since there aren't any Fujitecs in my area (I believe this is the closest Fuji install to Michigan), I couldn't pass up the opportunity to ride these, especially since I was staying right across the road from here.
