Keep your eyes fixed on a single stationary target placed in front of you. • Move your head: • 1-Side to side • 2-Up and down • The target must remain in focus, not blurry, and appear stationary when the head is in motion. • You can increase the speed of head motion as long as the target stays in focus. • If you wear glasses, wear them during this exercise. • If the exercise provokes symptoms of dizziness or nausea, work through them.
