For v!Tommy au: • My collection of oneshots: https://archiveofourown.org/works/410... • Bunnyland/Binmyy's version: • https://archiveofourown.org/works/401... • Bound Phoenix playlist: • • Villain tommy /Bound Phoenix au • (Old) Info video: • • Info about Villain Tommy //Villaininn... • au summary: Tommy is a vigilante turned villain after accidentally k1lling civilians due to a power surge, they aren't aware of his age though do know he is young. • Originally he kept his hybrid features hidden, but in order to get away from Mockingbird (Wilbur) his wings were revealed, but obviously didn't look like a normal avians so it was obvious he was a mix hybrid of a blaze. • During the time of the ability incident, he was keeping most features hidden. • Sapnap didn't tell anyone he basically adopted Tommy, as Tommy would be taken away from him etc. • Tommy, being a hybrid, was apart of a hybrid foster program: a special system where it finds hybrid suitable foster homes, and the foster parents get paid more to help deal with the nature of the hybrid/mix they are fostering. • The committee didn't actually check out these homes, they just sent out kids and hope the pay would be enough for them to be cared for. • The specialized program keeps foster kids there for longer than usual, Tommy got into the system when he was 8 and got out when he was 12, only having lived in 5 homes. • The reason Tommy hid his hybrid features is because the committee tried to cover up the fact he went missing, deleting all his files as they had with many other foster kids. • The hybrid foster program was a good way for sketchy people to get ahold of hybrids like Techno, and sell them off to fighting rings. Only telling the committee they ran away, and to preserve their reputation as trying to fight against discrimination, and the fact these homes are supposed to help hybrids, cover up the cases. • Techno was only able to become a hero with the help of Phil, who stood up to the committee and threatened to make the situation public. They also threatened him back, holding his pay and other information they could spread to the public over his head. Phil had to keep quiet, but Techno could become a hero. • The program has been going on for about 10 years, it started because Puffy wanted to help hybrid kids facing discrimination. The committee hasn't told her the truth of most cases. • Halo is a villain trying to use dna and give powerless people abilities, most people end up incapable with the dna fused into them (thanks to Frost's ability) and they end up dead. • • Mkay 5 minutes?
