There is another disturbing case of a Black woman dying in police custody. • Twenty-three-year-old Ta'Neasha Chappell died after pleading repeatedly for help while in a Jackson County, Indiana jail. She was taken from the jail to a hospital on Friday, July 16 and later passed away.
