5 EXERCISES TO RULE THEM ALL... • A training program i've been developing for over a year now, that works remarkably well on skinny dudes in particular. Gains come in as little as 6 weeks in the people i've been working with. pretty basic, intense and brutal, nothing new or fancy, just a few additions to the programs that have already been working for decades. I drew on stuff from Antiquity, the Military, to today's various types of training (bodybuilding, strongman, muay thai etc). The principle is simple: Place enough OVERALL and SIMULTANEOUS stress on your entire body's musculature, for as long as possible, in order to create a growth response not just in your muscles but also in your BONES. the microtears placed on your bones will signal a growth response resulting in an increase in not only muscle mass but BONE DENSITY, making you bigger, stronger, and able to put on muscle mass a lot faster. this type of training is brutal, so it should only be used until you put on enough mass to get out of the skinny group, or bust through a plateau. after the first cycle you can resume your current routine.
