What happened to Aaron Plessinger at High Point

Red Bull KTM rider Aaron Plessinger was riding good all day at the High Point National, until in moto 2 you can see him dab his foot. It was obvious he was in alot of pain judging by his body language. At the time of the incident, Plessinger was in the top 5 seeking a season best finish. He then limped to the finish line in order to score at least some points. • So, what exactly happened? We know that Plessinger has injured his foot / ankle in years past at Daytona Supercross. So was this a reinjury? Plessinger was asked about this in a post race interview and claimed he was all good. • Plessinger explained “I was falling to the right, ended up putting my foot down. I stuck it in a rut and twisted it…” • He was then asked if anything was reinjured or if he believes he just tore some scar tissue. “I believe we broke up quite a bit… the ankle hasnt moved that way in quite a long time.” • Plessinger further continued, claiming that he believes he is fine and that the second moto was a sign of greatness before he hurt his ankle. AP remains confident after this small injury and seeks the potential results we saw this past weekend. • So what do you guys think? Is Aaron Plessinger fine like he claims?
