Welcome to my channel Tastes of the World ! • 🛒 Ingredients: • 2 lbs (900g) chicken wings (split into drumettes flats) • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp smoked paprika • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat) • 2 tbsp cornstarch (for extra crispiness) • 🔹 For the Glaze (Optional, for Sticky Wings): • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp butter • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional) • 👨🍳 Instructions: • 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or set up an air fryer at 400°F (200°C). • 2️⃣ Pat dry the wings with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This helps them get extra crispy. • 3️⃣ Season the wings – In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and cornstarch. Toss the wings in this mixture until well coated. • 4️⃣ Bake or Air Fry: • Oven: Place wings on a lined baking sheet with a wire rack.
