This project came about as I felt the gas powered backpack leaf blowers were overpriced and still inefficient. Most of the other DIY leaf baggers required special tools, trade skills, or were overengeered and flat out overkill. • Parts below were used on a Craftsman YTS3000 Riding Lawn mower totaling ~$167 (not counting the spatula!). The black lower section can be swapped out for your specific mower. • This setup enables the option to bag and use leaves as compost (like in the video) or dump it into a trash can for the garbage guys to pick up. I didn't use any screws or tie downs, simply bungee cords and fitting all of the pieces together. • $75 | Black Mower attachement • https://www.amazon.com/Craftsman-1628... • $68 | Leaf Bag • https://www.amazon.com/Lawn-Tractor-L... • $7 | 5'x9' Tarp and Bungee cords from Harbor Freight • ~$17 | Home Depot 7 x2' Straight Duct 2x 7 Duct Adjustable Elbow • https://www.homedepot.com/p/7-in-x-2-... • https://www.homedepot.com/p/Master-Fl...
