Enjoy! • Ingredients: • 8 ounces crab meat • 8 ounces cream cheese • 1 garlic clove minced • 3 teaspoons green onions • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce • Wonton wrappers • 1 beaten egg • deep frying oil • Mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, garlic, onions and Worcestershire sauce. Add 1 teaspoon of filling to the center of the wonton. Brush edges of wonton wrappers with egg and pinch corners together to form four corners. Fry in oil for 1-2 min, remove when brown and crispy.
