UPDATE: You probably don't need to replace the fuse. Just pull it out and put it back in using a fuse puller or I prefer cheap pliers like these: https://geni.us/Cd1qUrb (Amazon affiliate link). I keep these pliers in the glove compartment of my car and when the blank dashboard happens I pull out the fuse and put it back in again. The pliers are nice because they are long.
