Kaamuk Biryani🍗: Recipe in Description #shorts #youtubeshorts #chickenbiryani #chickenbiriyani #chickendumbiryani #chickenbiryanirecipe #biryanirecipe #chickenbiryanirestaurantstyle • Kaamuk Biryani🍗: Ingredients Recipe Below:- • Belnd together 6 crispy fried brown onions, handful of mint leaves, handful of coriander leaves with stems, 6 soaked Kashmiri red chillies, 4-6 green chillies, 3 boiled skinless tomatoes, 2 bay leaves, 1 tbsp each of soya sauce, coriander seeds, 1 tsp each of caraway seeds, black peppercorns, 5-6 green cardamom, 1 black cardamom, 4 cloves, 1 mace and 2.5 inch cinnamon stick into a fine paste adding just a bit of water. • Marinate 1 kg chicken in your biryani pot with 8 tbsp of the oil in which you fried the onions, all of the paste prepared above, 1 tbsp each of salt, red chilli powder, half tsp turmeric, 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 3 tbsp ghee and 1 tbsp vinegar. Let it sit for an hour at least. • For the rice boil water in a pot adding in oil, salt, lemon juice, some mint coriander leaves, some crispy fried brown onions, caraway seeds, 1 bay leaf, 3 split green cardamom 1 split black cardamom, 1.5 inch cinnamon and 4 cloves. Add in 1 kg soaked basmati rice and cook it 50-60%. • Layer this rice on top of the chicken nicely. Add some saffron milk on top along with crispy fried brown onions, 3 tbsp ghee and 1 tbsp rose water. Seal off the pot and let everything cook in dum for 5 minutes on high flame then as steam gets formed turn flame to low and let it cook for 30 minutes on low.
