You've seen these pitching velocity medicine ball drills before in videos online, but in this video Brent Pourciau of Top Velocity breaks them down and talks about how the Top Velocity Med Ball Drills are helping pitchers gain velocity across the country! • Top Velocity Med Ball Drills Explained • The 3x Med Ball Throws as they are called, require a 2 lbs medicine ball.
