Prepare batter by mixing eggs with sugar • 2. Sift in rice flour and ap flour • 3. Add milk and water • 4. Mix until consistency is right • 5. Dip the mould ladle into the batter • 6. Dip into the hot oil to fry • 7. Remove once the colour is light golden brown • 8. Place the pitha in a small bowl to form shape before serving • 9.
