This demonstration of the FS7i shows the innovative 3-in-1 design that uses a floating suspension design, allowing it to emulate a stair climber, an elliptical trainer or a treadmill. As seen, NordicTrack achieves the versatility of this 3-in-1 design by equipping the trainer with an incredibly long automatically adjustable 38” stride and power adjustable incline up 10%. It's easy to shorten the stride and up the incline to emulate a stair climber, or adjust the stride as needed for use as an elliptical trainer or treadmill. Presented is the spacious, ergonomically-sound design that provides users with multiple adjustable options, convenience features like in-handle controls, and an attractive high-tech console that offers users with even more ways to customize workouts. In this demonstration, you will note the 35 different built-in workout programs, and access to the iFit program using the conveniently placed iFit button as shown on the console (subscription required). This iFit program works with Google Maps to provide unique routes to follow using street view so it feels like you're really there; and the trainer automatically adjusts incline and speed accordingly. Also with iFit, you can download professionally designed workout programs or build your own workout with the workout builder option. The fully loaded console is presented as a well-equipped area with a 7” web-enabled full-color touchscreen display. Also pointed out are the one-touch controls, two large speakers, a cooling fan and one large water bottle holder. Another innovation feature that is highlighted in this video is the ability to monitor your heart rate wirelessly, or using the contact grips. The wireless receiver is included with this trainer.
