Follow me around the lawn as I apply my fall pre-emergent. Pre-emergent is one of, if not the, most important applications we make in our lawns all season. As the name suggests, we are trying to stop weeds BEFORE they appear in our lawns. As the soil temperatures decrease, it’s a good idea to lay down some type of pre-emergent product in order to stave off as many winter weeds as possible.
