When doing Seated Torso Rotations, be sure to LOCK the weight on your body! • When you just move the weight side to side, we tend to not get the twist and turn of the body that we want in order to best activate our core! • When we can instead lock the weight on our upper body and twist as slowly as possible, we really feel the core light up! It seems like it would make it easier, but it adds so much GOOD challenge that’s only going to help you become a stronger you! • So I encourage you today to slow things down, lock the weight on you, twist slowly and as much as possible, and feel that thing WORK! #nowdoit • . • . • . • #abs #absworkout #abworkout
