WHY I DONT AGREE WITH 75HARD anymore

today i'm discussing why i don't agree with the 75 hard challenge anymore, after successfully completing the program in summer 2020. this is coming from a place of love ALWAYS, but i just want to be transparent as i no longer feel that this program aligns with my values.
