DIY Inground Pool Build PART 2 Vinyl Pool Build

I am building our own inground pool!! I feel like the ultimate DIY would be building your own pool and so I'm going for it. For the first part of this process make sure to check out part one in this series here: • • DIY Inground Pool Build - PART 1 - Vi... • In this video we are onto pool collar and plumbing. After the wall was constructed we needed to make sure to lock the walls in place and so we add concrete to the base of the wall with rebar and anchors. This concrete just goes on the outside, we will cover the poolcrete for the pool floor in another video. Once the footing or collar is installed we move onto the plumbing. • Step four: Find a pump company that will pump the collar into place. This step is extremely physically taxing, there are concrete teams who could do this for you as well, but it will cost a bit more. • Step five: Plumbing, a lot of the materials came with my package. When we ordered I measured how far from the pool to the equipment to decide how much pvc I needed.
