The metropolis and all its inhabitants are controlled and managed by the Ascent group, a megacorporation. The city is populated by many different inhabitants spanning from humans to cyborgs and aliens and is structured like a tower with each floor representing a different lvl of wealth and social status. You as a player are one of many enslaved workers living in the bottom floors. The story starts with the sudden shutdown of the security system managed by the Ascent group. Different groups and corporations started to fight over resources, the city and power and your goal is to find out what has happened or at least to get out alive.
