How to Make Traditional Persian Halva • Persian Sweet Dessert Recipe • 1. Combine : 200g (3/4) sugar + 200 ml (1 cup) warm water +1/2 saffron. Stir till sugar dissolved. • 2. 150 mL (3/4 cup) vegetable oil + 250 g (2 cups) flour. Mix on /medium heat, for 15 mins or until turns light brown consistency (1:40) • 3. Add 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp ginger. • 4.
