I am using a paint product made by Zinsser called Mold Killing Primer. It kills existing Mold, Mildew, and Odor Causing Bacteria. It has a Fungicidal Protective Coating in it. • I then use Zinsser Rust Oleum Perma White Mildew Proof Interior Eggshell Paint to top coat the ceiling.
