INSTRUCTIONS: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-114306/ • Here is my LEGO rendition of the car that ended Mercedes' domination in Formula One - the Red Bull RB16B, which Max Verstappen drove to the 2021 World Drivers' Championship. The RB16B which was designed by Adrian Newey, secured 11 race wins, 10 pole positions, and 8 fastest laps. Although the season ended with controversy, I think in the years to come the 2021 season will be regarded as one of the greatest in F1 history. • This approximately 1:15 scale LEGO creation was quite a challenge to build, as some shapes - particularly the sidepods and engine cover - were very difficult recreate. But in the end, I am very happy with how this turned out and is currently my favorite F1 car that I've built.
