Highland Cathedral on Organ Bagpipes Snare Drum

Renowned Ottawa organist Matthew Larkin, FRCCO, STD, invited RCMP Pipe Band members piper Brad Hampson and drummer Andy Main to play with him for his Geistmusik Facebook live concert series installment #163 during the pandemic. Specifically, they play the famous 1982 tune entitled Highland Cathedral , composed by Germans Ulrich Roever and Michael Korb. Matthew and Brad had played this previously for several funerals and events, and it was specifically requested by a Texas fan of the Geistmusik series. Performed on August 25, 2020 at Southminster United Church, in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The narration was edited out from the original but can be seen on the Facebook live post.
