Chicken Egg rolls • Ingredients: • 400g ground chicken • 100g ice cubes • 4 cloves garlic • 2 tbsp cornstarch • 1 egg white • 1 tbsp sesame oil • 1 tbsp fish oil • 2 tsp sugar • 2 tsp granulated mushroom (optional) • Salt pepper to taste • Oil for frying • Pastry: • 2 eggs • 1 egg yolk • 80g all-purpose flour • 40g cornstarch • Salt pepper to taste • Instructions: • 1. In a bowl, mix eggs, flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper to create the pastry. Cook in a pan to form the egg roll pastry and set aside. • 2. Using a chopper, blend ground chicken, egg white, garlic, sesame oil, fish oil, sugar, cornstarch, granulated mushroom (if using), salt and pepper. • 3. Place the chicken mixture onto the prepared egg roll pastry, roll it up, and ensure to seal the end. • 4. Steam for 20 minutes. • 5.
