Part 2/2 of a requested backbend tutorial (Part 1: • Backbend Tutorial 1 ). It's got the same theory section as part 1 but 10 different exercises. It can be used by everyone from those doing contortion to anyone who would just like to increase their flexibility a bit. You don't have to like or do all the stretches, but if you think that your progress has stagnated, it can be a very good idea to switch to some new exercises, at least temorarily. • Disclaimer: I'm not a trainer and what I will bring up in the video is what I've learnt from my own practice alongside with what I've heard and seen on the topic.
