Hi everyone, I’m Dominique. • I'm sharing my mental health journey and my adventures along the way. I was diagnosed with depersonalisation and derealisation several years ago and want to raise awareness amongst all the fun things I get up to. I’m not a professional and these are just my own experiences but feel it’s important to share. • In this weeks video I share the journey of how my derealisation and depersonalisation started. There seem to be several top level triggers that contributed to this time and I'm sure there are underlying triggers too and these are things I'm still working my way through. • It sounds like everyone who has this has a unique journey and I'd love to hear how yours has been.
