(Originally posted in 2016 and was the 1st video where I showed most of my Dendrobiums I had at that time.) • In this video, I talk about the way I look after my Dendrobium Orchid Collection looking at most plants individually. It includes some of the different types of dendrobiums and how their culture differs. It identifies those which will need different care to bloom well in their next season. • These dendrobiums did not receive a winter rest and this has had little/no effect on blooming : • Berry Oda, Cassiope, chapaense, formidable, harveyanum, hercoglossum, • nobile hybrids (various), farmeriXgriffithianum cross. • These dendroiums have not bloomed and need a distinct winter rest : • findlayanum, jenkinsii, trigonopus. • These dendrobiums have bloomed but would bloom MUCH better with a winter rest: • anosmum, berry oda, friedericksianum, glomeratum, jaintianum, Nestor, • primulinum, senile, kingianum (hybrid) • The following are not rested as they grow continuously (however, they do slow right down in the UK winter) : • Phalaenopsis types, moniliforme, victoria-reginae • All of the above dendrobiums spent last winter in 'intermediate' temperatures with reduced feed and water, but no distinct winter rest. • As always, thanks for watching. • Make a small donation to say 'thanks for that video' at : • https://www.buymeacoffee.com/RogersOr... • Link to become a Patron of the Channel using the Patreon site : • https://www.patreon.com/user?u=59581579 • Closed Facebook group called Roger's Orchids . • This is the link :   / 1164913510357007   • You can contact me 'privately' via my channel email address which is : [email protected] • #Orchids #RogersOrchids #RogersOrchidsRevisited #DendrobiumOrchids #DendrobiumCare
