讓Matthew 來教你做傳統的法國長棍麵包🥖 • Let Matthew teach you how to make a traditional baguettes. • 連Matthew 都會做的長棍麵包🥖,相信你也可以,好吃又營養 • Even Matthew can make baguettes, I believe you can, delicious and nutritious. • • 👉烤盤尺寸 : 26.8 x 24.1 x 26 cm • Baking tray size : 26.8 x 24.1 x 26 cm • 👉食材: • 高筋麵粉500克 • 酵母10克 • 鹽10克 • 水325毫升 • 1.將所有材料拌均勻,用力揉成光滑麵團 (鹽及酵母要分開加入) • 2.蓋上保鮮膜,讓麵團發酵成2倍大(約1小時) • 3.麵團發酵好 • 4.把它分成3個小麵團 • 5.把麵團裡的空氣壓出來 • 6.麵團整形好,把它放入烤盤裡 • 7.蓋上保鮮膜,讓它發酵30分鐘 • 8.在麵團上撒上一點麵粉 • 9. 在麵糰上割3痕 • 10.烤箱預熱250°後,在烤箱最下層放一個烤盤,並倒入熱水 • 11.先250度,烤20分鐘 • 12.再200度,烤5分鐘 • 👉Ingredients: • Bread Flour 500g • Yeast 10g • Salt 10g • Water 325ml • 1. Mix all the ingredients well and knead hard into a smooth dough. • (Salt and yeast should be added separately) • 2. Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough ferment • to twice the size (about an hour) • 3.The fermentation is done. • 4.Divide it into 3 small doughs. • 5.Pressing the air out of the dough. • 6.After the dough is shaped, place it in a baking tray. • 7.Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment for 30 mins. • 9.Sprinkle a little flour on the dough. • 10. Cut 3 marks on the dough. • 11. After preheat the oven to 250° , place a baking tray at the bottom of the oven and pour in hot water. • 12.
