BAGNET KARE-KARE (Crispy Pork Belly Kare-Kare) • Kare-Kare is one of all time Pinoy favorite dish. Traditionally, oxtail and tripe are used for this recipe. However, one can opt. for Bagnet or Crispy Pork Belly to be used as meat ingredient. • Vegetables are cooked separately by steaming or blanching whichever you prefer. And also, the Kare-Kare sauce is made and cooked separately unlike the traditional Kare-Kare dish where the sauce and the meat are cooked together. • Serve hot with steamed white rice. Sautéed Bagoong (shrimp paste) on the side completes the Kare-Kare dish by providing flavor. • INGREDIENTS: • 5 pcs. Eggplants • 1/4 kg. Long Beans • 1 pc.
