Police I95 shut down in Laurel due to shooting

The Maryland State Police are investigating a shooting on Interstate-95 in Laurel that has closed down all northbound lanes Monday morning. According to police, all northbound lanes and Maryland Route 198 will remain closed due to the investigation. Police said that a 28-year-old man was shot around 4:30 a.m. and was found outside of his vehicle.
