I just got this great stand mixer from VonShef. Now first of all I have to say that I love this company. I have several of their products and they are always great quality products. This stand mixer is great, it's 6 quarts so you can put a ton in it. It's very comparable and just as good quality as more expensive brands, they work just as good but half the price. This set comes with the mixer, stainless steel mixing bowl, three attachments (paddle, whisk, and dough), a splatter guard, and a cover. It's a large stand mixer that I just leave out on my counter. I use it all the time for a ton of projects. With the three different attachments it makes it very easy to use it of a variety of projects. The attachments are easy to put on. Just put on the post on the mixer and twist to lock. When removing push up to unlock and twist off. Has several adjustable speeds, even shows the speeds appropriate for flour, eggs, and has a pulse button. Does a great job of mixing ingredients and makes quick work when mixing up dough for baking. I love to bake so this is one of my favorite appliances. I can make up a cookie or cake batter in a few minutes with this thing. The machine is very high quality. I have use it numerous times already and it has worked great every single time. The splatter guard is great when you are mixing wet ingredients. It's like having a lid on the bowl so nothing splashes up all over you. Easy to put on and use. The base has a locking mechanism to lift the mixer arm up and down. It locks in place when in use. Has suction cups on the bottom to hold it on the counter in place so it won't slide around. When I'm not using it I just cover it the included cover to keep it from collecting dust (although I use it so much I doubt that would happen). It's a very nice mixer. See video for a demonstration in use. I received this item complimentary or at a reduced price for my honest review. However, I only recommend products I truly love and use to my readers. • Check out the recipe on parenting in progress at http://parentinginprogress.net/2016/0...
