It's a must watch for all theatre aspirants and acting enthusiasts. The Acting Gurukul - HCRFTR is a documentary on Himachal Cultural Research Forum Theatre Repertory. It's a unique acting school and one of a kind situated in the mountains of Himalayas. It is situated in Satool, 13 km away from Mandi. In it's last 20 years the institute has produced many great artists, currently working in the field of theatre, films and television industry. Here acting, stage architecture, stage design, scenic design, make up arts designing and diving is taught. The best part of this institute is it provides platform for environmental and site specific performances. The faculties coming here are the masters of this field and alumnis of National School of Drama, FTII, SRFTI, Bhartendu Natya Academy, London Academy of Dramatics Arts and Royal Academy of Dramatic arts.
