This is such a quick, easy sew. I will never purchase scrub pads from the store again! • All you need is netting, terry cloth, flannel and batting cut into 4”x 6” pieces. Stack the terry cloth, netting, flannel (right side down) and the batting on top. Sew 1/4” seam all around, leaving an opening to turn RSO.
