Easy Motichoor Ladoo • Servings - 9 • INGREDIENTS • Gram flour - 150 grams • Water - 250 milliliters • Ghee - for fry • Sugar - 220 grams • Water - 300 milliliters • Green cardamom - 3 pods • Organic food color - 1/4 teaspoon • Melon seeds - 1 tablespoon • Cashews - 2 tablespoons • PREPARATION • 1. In a bowl, add 150 grams gram flour, 250 milliliters water and mix it well. • 2. Heat sufficient ghee in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy. • 3. Remove it from heat and cool for 5 - 7 minutes. • 4. Transfer this in to a blender and blend it well. Keep aside. • 5. In a pan, add 220 grams, 300 milliliters and mix it well until sugar dissolve properly. • 6. Add 3 pods green cardamom, 1/4 teaspoon organic food color and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. • 7. Add blended mixture and cook for 7 - 8 minutes. • 8. Remove green cardamom from it. • 9. Add 1 tablespoon melon seeds and mix it well. • 10. Remove it from heat and cool for 10 minutes. • 11. In a bowl, add cooked mixture. • 12. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a laddu. • 13. Transfer in onto plate and place cashew on it. • 14.
