Tomato risotto, 2 servings • ◆What you need • Cooked rice: 100g • Onion: A little (optional) Finely chopped • Bacon: 20g Cut into sticks • Mushrooms: 2, sliced • Cherry tomatoes: 3, cut into quarters • Zucchini: a little, sliced in half • Italian parsley: a little, chopped • Tomato sauce: 30g • Chicken bouillon water: 150g (bouillon 10g: water 140g) • Butter: 15g • Salt, pepper: a little • Parmesan cheese: a little (forgot when introducing ingredients) • ◆How to cook • Put half the bouillon in a frying pan and mix with rice • Add onion and bacon. Cook for about 1 minute (medium heat). • ・Add mushrooms and zucchini and cook for about 1 minute (medium heat). • ・Add the remaining bouillon. • ・Add tomato sauce. • ・When it starts to thicken a little, add butter and tomatoes and pack it down further. • ・Scrape the bottom of the frying pan with a rubber spatula until the liquid runs off and the bottom is not covered. Add grated cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley, mix, and it's done! • 2. Beef Stroganoff (serves 2) • ◆Ingredients • Beef hanging meat: 200g Thinly sliced • Mushrooms: A little (optional) Sliced • Paprika: A little Bite-sized • Parsley: A little Finely chopped • Yogurt: 80g • Cream: 35g • Tomato sauce: 30g • Butter: 15g • Beef bouillon water: 150g (bouillon 10g: water 140g) • Salt, pepper, sugar: A little • Baguette: As desired • ◆How to cook • ・Add olive oil and meat to a frying pan and add salt and pepper • ・Remove the meat once the surface is cooked (learn from the mistakes made in the video) • ・Add mushrooms and paprika for about 1 minute • ・Add tomato sauce and beef bouillon for about 1 minute • ・Add cream, yogurt, and butter for about 5 minutes • ・When it starts to boil down, add salt, pepper, a little sugar, and grilled beef to adjust the flavor and it's done!
