Folder FM is a mobile digital radio show, regularly streaming live from the Benelux Bar in Amsterdam. We aim to blur the lines between radio and the physical listening experience, facilitating a space where artists can explore freely within the realms of sound, talk, and spoken word—without the obligation to please a crowd. During the pos weekender, a collective get-together amidst the chaos, we were lent the pos studio in which we tried to facilitate a warm environment designed for community engagement. Like-minded individuals came together to connect in an intimate setting, allowing audiences to enjoy radio shows daily between noon and 8 PM. In collaboration with pos, we ventured into the De Centrale Markthal, a space that invited exploration and celebration. It became an auditive journey crafted by various inspiring collectives from Amsterdam and beyond. • IG: / folder.fm • SC: / folderfm • ---- • Justiciero Musical was born with the intention to bring Latin American artists to the spotlight while highlighting the struggles that are faced by marginalized artists in the industry. However, for this edition, Justiciero Musical goes beyond its Latin American frontiers and will focus on worldwide issues as music is meant to be a channel for expression and unification. Justiciero Musical will shed light on the oppresion of power systems discussing topics that need more of our attention with artists from Mexico, Ukraine, Venezuela, Jordan, Bulgaria, Kurdistan, and Spain. • ---- • Hailing from Mexico, Ukab aims to bring an eclectic sound of Latin American rythms to the scene. As a firm believer of ancestral sounds combined with the contemporary electronic music scene, Ukab will bring the essence of his radio show “Justiciero Musical” to Amsterdam show casing Latin American sounds, artists, and labels. Expect electro folklore, andean bass, electro cumbia, and more.. • All tracks selected refer to moments of resistance unity, combined with tracks fomenting indigenous cultures and chants.
