We went camping for two nights at Heckscher State Park on Long Island, NY. This park offers a variety of activities for kids. We enjoyed playing in the sand at the beach, had fun on the rides at the playground, and spent time in the camping area. The park also features a paved bicycle path and hiking trails that we plan to explore next time.
