Let’s give these variations a try: • 1. You can instruct each person to tell the person in front of him what he likes about this group in general. He starts with the words, “What I like about this group….” Next, he will say what he would like to change within this group, starting with the words, “What I would like to see in this group….” Lastly, the other person who just heard what the person across from him would like to change within the group says, “Then in the group it would be like...” and continues the sentence saying what he thinks it would be like if the group changed that way. • • 2. After everyone from line A has faced everyone from line B, you can instruct the group to form duos with people from their own line as well. Have them stand somewhere in the room and do the same exercise. Let them change duos until each person has faced everyone from the group. • Can’t get enough of this exercise?
