Chili oil chuanchuan xiang! There's a few different variants, but we went with the variety that soaks the skewers for hours in a spicy broth - classic street food fare in Sichuan. • The skewers are totally up to you. At its core, this is a mix of six parts stock (which's cooked together with spices and Sichuan chili bean paste) and one part of a good quality Sichuan chili oil. • As always, full detailed written recipe complete with an ingredients list is over here on /r/cooking: • / recipe_sichuan_street_food_chuanchuan_chil... • And check out our Patreon if you'd like to support the project! • www.patreon.com/ChineseCookingDemystified • Outro Music: Add And by Broke For Free • / broke-for-free • ABOUT US • ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • Learn how to cook real deal, authentic Chinese food!
