Best healthy vegan lasagne • Welcome back to Health Origins! Join me as I make an epic healthy vegan lasagne - so tasty and made from whole food ingredients! • Healthy Vegan Lasagne • ▶️ Ingredients • 6-7 organic lasagne pasta sheets, softened in boiling water • VEGAN MINCE LAYER • 1 onion, diced • 1 celery stick, sliced thinly • 200g fresh mushrooms, chopped • 2 cups cooked green or brown lentils (recipe below) • 2 Tbsp soy sauce • RED LAYER • 3 carrots, grated • 1 red bell pepper, grated • 1 x 400g tin of chopped tomatoes • 1 Tbsp maple syrup • 1 Tbsp red or brown miso paste • WHITE SAUCE • 1 cup soaked cashew nuts • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/4 tsp kala namak salt (or use more regular salt) • 1 tsp onion powder • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 300g silken tofu • 1/4 cup water • Bake at 180 degrees Celcius in fan assisted oven for 45 minutes. • Cooked Green Lentils • 1 cup green or brown lentils, washed and drained • 550ml vegetable stock • 1 laurel leaf • A pinch of asafoetida or onion powder (to reduce gas bloating) • 1 Tbsp soy sauce • • If you enjoy my videos and find them helpful, please consider supporting the work I do by buying me a herbal tea on the link below.
