This session will increase addiction professionals' understanding of the federal laws of confidentiality, which will include recent changes, proper format for the release of information, and exceptions to confidentiality requirements. 11/30/17 • Learning Thursdays is a recurring free learning opportunity geared toward New York State's addiction and substance use disorder workforce. After you have familiarized yourself with content, go to the OASAS Test Portal, complete an exam on the material, and receive a Certificate of Completion that will go toward the renewal of your OASAS professional credentialing.
