https://www.gemgardener.com/catalog/5... • Natural Turkish Diaspore zultanite gem weighing 50.38ct. • The ‘Zultanite’ gem is faceted on both sides. • The stone has inclusions that do not bother with its display, and mostly towards the ends aligned to its faceting. • In natural light, its color is a mellow green, quite similar to the Sri Lankan alexandrite’s daylight color. • The gem has an immediate color change, warming to a pinkish brown under incandescent light. • The color change is not a hard change, but a distinct one, meaning your eyes will know. • Because the facets are on both faces and an organic type of faceting (ie. simple facets), this gem will make a perfect ‘crystal orb’ pendant. • Its facets will glide to the light easily, color flickering on and off in this uncommonly big stone. • The stone measures 30 x 22 x 11 mm.
