In the chinese subtitle the flour should be 300g and was mis-wrote as 30g. Sorry for making you all confused. • 视频中出了一点差错。在华文字幕,粉的数量应该是300克才是正确的。写漏了一个零,非常抱歉,令你们困惑了。) • Important tips to make the Huat Kueh Happy (°♡°) • ♡ Don't let the batter rest too long, pour the batter into the mould immediately after well combined with ENO. • ♡ Don't over fill the cup, 7/8 full is enough. Otherwise the cake will over blooming then not nice. • ♡ Must pre boil the water first, then only put in the batter for steamed • ♡ Different brands of rice flour different water absorption, so adjust the water accordingly.
