UPDATE: Better video with proper audio, high startup and full spindown: • Video • Most of the video is muted for privacy reasons (the only minor that is in my class you shoould hear is me), but I unmuted a couple. The soundtrack is mine. • These fans aren't in the best shape. The front one (in the best shape and seems to be a replacement) has some bearing noise, the second one (with the pigeon drawing, I just thought it was interesting), was dripped on and has worse bearing noise and motor noise, it's also yellowed, the third one has either a capacitor or motor issue, meaning that it is slow, and the back one has one unusually yellowed blade. • The two center controls were replaced, as the fans would go too fast below high. • The back three seem to be from the 90's and the front one is probably from the 2000's. These fans have got aluminum blades, so they are efficient and start up quickly.
