Dresses from the 50s are long with full skirts made to be worn with crinolines underneath • • Newer style dresses sometimes mimic that 50s vibe but they don't leave room for a crinoline so it never seems quite right.. plus modern underwear means the silhouette has moved even further away from that 50s look
